Las Vegas, NV – The craft beer scene is getting a boost in downtown Las Vegas with the City Council’s recent approval of a temporary waiver of certain alcoholic beverage license charges for qualifying businesses located in the area designated as Brewery Row.
On May 19, the City Council authorized a temporary remission of some alcoholic beverage licensing rates for qualified establishments located in the Brewery Row district.
The City of Las Vegas launched Brewery Row in downtown Las Vegas to support the natural cluster of craft brewers already creating and serving delicious beers to locals and visitors alike.
Brewery Row is the new buzz in downtown Las Vegas, and the City’s efforts to support this natural cluster of craft brewers are paying off.
The move to waive certain alcoholic beverage license charges is expected to encourage more businesses to join the craft beer movement and promote the industry in Las Vegas.
Some of the breweries and taprooms that are officially part of the program include:
Able Baker Brewing, Beer District Brewing, CraftHaus Brewery, Hop Nuts Brewing Downtown, HUDL Brewing Company, and Nevada Brew Works.
These businesses are leading the way in promoting the craft beer industry in Las Vegas, and the temporary waiver of certain alcoholic beverage license charges will make it easier for them to operate and expand.
